As with any authorized retailer of Vionic shoes, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to show on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Your copy of the official receipt as proof of purchase is REQUIRED for refunds processing.
If you purchased from a Vionic retail outlet, kindly process your return or refund request directly with your original purchase location

For online purchases, please follow the steps below:

Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and include the official receipt/invoice.
